We post and/or provide products and services within UK , many countries in Europe, and Australia, New Zealand and Japan at the moment.  If an order arrives from any other area we reserve the right to cancel.

PAYMENT
Most of our customers pay via PayPal.  Within UK you can also pay via bank transfer, but only if you reside in the UK. You will see this option at checkout.

How soon will your goodies arrive?
We usually post on same or next working day.

In the unlikely situation a product or service is no longer available we reserve the right to cancel and full refund will be given.

Photos and descriptions of products
Please kindly note that all measurements supplied are a guide and may not be 100% accurate. Also, images of products may vary via variables as a camera, lighting, monitor settings, and again, are just a guide. You actual product may not look exactly as you envisioned it:
But we can almost guarantee they will be GORGEOUS!

Returns & Refunds
You have a right to cancel an order from  14 days after receipt of goods. You will receive a full & quibble-free refund, including initial postage costs.  To qualify products must be unused and/or in same condition they were received. It is your responsibility to pay return postage costs, unless goods are faulty in which case we will reimburse you.

Email consultations 
In the case of  email consultations we will presume you wish us to provide the service as soon as possible. However if you wish the same return rights as specified above you must notify us at checkout that you wish to delay for 14 days. Not doing so implies your express consent that you wish us to provide the service or product as soon as possible.
